Summer Nyilo — Traditional offering to Eight Dharma Protectors and
Tordhog: The Offering of Dispelling the Negativities.
Today, on the auspicious occasion of Summer Nyilo, the sun reaches its highest point in the sky, pouring its longest rays across the valley. The mountains around Busa Wangdue Goenpa Dorling Dhensa 多傑林巴 are lush and green, the rivers nearby full and flowing —but more profound than the outer blossoming is the reminder to all of us: to turn inward and awaken the inner sun — the bright nature of wisdom that is within every being.
This summer Nyilo was observed with deep devotion and ceremony, including the traditional offerings to the Eight Dharma Protectors and with Tordhog rituals.
Presided over by His Eminence Busa Trulku Rinpoche, together with Khenpo, Lopens, monks, and devoted followers, the day began with the lighting of butter lamps, continued with Khenpo, Lopens, and monks reciting the profound golden scriptures, while others joined in puja with Rinpoche in offerings to invoke the blessings of the Eight Dharma Protectors inside the Goenkhang- the main shrine of Dharma Protectors.

Tordhog – Dispelling the negativities.
The Tordhog ritual — meaning “to cast away” — A wrathful torma, crafted from barley flour, butter, and blessed substances, was prepared to symbolise all obstacles, defilements, illnesses, and karmic debts. The ritual was conducted by Rinpoche himself with profound intention , accompanied by powerful mantras and the invocation of protectors for blessings.
And the torma was cast into the burning fire and when the flames consumed the torma, it symbolises the burning away of all inner and outer negativities.

May the Eight Dharma Protectors be pleased and lineage blessings flow unhindered.
May the blessings of the Triple Jewels flow unceasingly.
And may all beings, without exception, walk the path of liberation.

ད་རེས་རབ་གནས་སྦྲུལ་ལོ་སྤྲེལ་ཟླའི་ཚེས་ ༨ དུས་གཟེར་ཉེར་བཞིའི་ནང་གསེས་ཉི་ལྡོག་གི་དུས་ཆེན་དང་བསྟུན་ལོ་ལྟར་གནང་སྲོལ་ཡོད་པའི་མགོན་པོའི་གཏོར་བཟློག་ཆེན་མོ་འདི་དགོན་འདིའི་བསྟན་བདག་ ༧ བུ་ས་སྤྲུལ་སྐུའི་དབུ་བཞུགས་ཐོག་མགོན་ཁང་ཆེན་མོ་ནང་རྡོར་གླིང་གཏེར་བྱོན་བླ་མའི་ཐུགས་སྒྲུབ་ཡིད་བཞིན་ནོར་བུ་དང་ཆོས་སྐྱོང་བཀའ་བརྒྱད་འདུས་པ་མགོན་པོ་སྡེ་བརྒྱད་ཀྱི་སྒོ་ལས་མངོན་སྤྱོད་དྲག་པོའི་ལས་བསྟན་སྤྱིའི་སྐུ་རིམ་དང་རྒྱལ་ཁབ་ཀྱི་སྐུ་རིམ་ལུ་དམིགས་ཏེ་གཏོར་བཟློག་འཕངས་ཡོདཔ་དང་། མཚན་བརྒྱད་ལྷ་ཁང་ནང་དགོན་སྡེའི་དབུ་འཛིན་མཁན་པོ་ཕུར་པ་དབང་ཕྱུག་གི་དབུས་བླ་སློབ་ཡོངས་ཀྱིས་མགོན་པོའི་རྒྱུད་གསེར་བྲིས་མ་ རྡོར་གླིང་གཏེར་གཞུང་༼པོད་ཀ་པ་༽ གསེར་བྲིས་མ་ བརྒྱད་སྟོང་པ་གསེར་བྲིས་མ་ རྡོརསྡིག་གསེར་བྲིས་མ་དང་ཐར་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་མདོ་གསེར་བྲིས་མ་སོགས་གསུང་རབ་ཚུ་ལྷག་ཡོདཔ་ཨིན།
དེའི་དགེ་བས་འཛམ་གླིང་ཁྱོན་ན་ནད་མཚོན་མུ་གེའི་འཇིགས་པ་ཞི་ནི་དང་ཁྱད་པར་དུ་སྨན་ལྗོངས་ཆོས་ཀྱི་ཞིང་དེ་ནང་ལོ་ཕྱུགས་རྟག་ཏུ་ལེགས་ཆར་ཆུ་དུས་སུ་བབ་སྟེ་བདེ་སྐྱིད་རྫོགས་ལྡན་གྱི་དཔལ་ལ་ལོངས་སུ་སྤྱོད་པའི་སྨོན་འདུན་ཞུ།
