Rabutse Terney Gyelphelling Shedra Bathroom Kitchen and Dining Construction work

Terney Gyephelling is a sacred place blessed by Guru Rinpoche, known as the second Tsari Ney, founded by Tshulthrim Pelbar in the late 17th century. Presently, there are 6 monks, one lopen, and a Lop Uzin. The monks who complete Zherim Shedra from Duepung Zilnoenling Zhirim Shedra are transferred to Terney Gyephelling Monastery and Shedra for one year before they join Busa Wangdue Goenpa Thorim Shedra.
Recognizing the need for clean hygiene and a healthy life for the monks; the sponsors, board, and management approved and supported the construction of a one-storied Dining & Kitchen, Bathroom, and Toilet. A local contractor is awarded the labor works for the construction of the Dining & Kitchen, Bathroom, and Toilet, and all materials planning and delivery is handled by Dorj Lingpa Foundation Secretariat and project team. The actual construction works commenced in August 2023 and is expected to be completed by January 2024. Currently, 60% of the work has been accomplished.
